Eagle River Valley by Art Godburn

This HO scale layout is 14’ x 16’ depicting a mythical New England RR modeled after the NH, B&M, Rutland RR and CV. The era is the 1950s with some steam but mostly first generation diesels. It is controlled by NCE DCC and some units have sound. It is currently a loop design with plans for a staging yard and a two level shelf extension around the basement. It currently features a tall hand made trestle, the town of Mapleton, the Taconic Ore mine, PAW’s Root Beer Plant and New England Limestone, based on a prototype North Canaan, CT limestone operation that no longer exists.
