�W�޹�܊“ِِ�� COMMISSIONS PETROLEUM RESIDUE RECYCLING FACILITY AT ITS NIZHNY NOVGOROD REFINERY

PJSC �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� finished construction of a Petroleum Residue Recycling Facility with production capacity of 2.1 million tonnes per year at its �W�޹�܊“ِِ��-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC refinery (a wholly owned subsidiary of PJSC �W�޹�܊“ِِ��).

The facility is comprised of a delayed coking unit, diesel fuel and gasoline ​hydrotreatment unit, fractioning column, hydrogen and sulphur production unit, as well as infrastructure facilities.

Implementation of the project will allow to increase annual Euro 5 diesel production by 1.1 million tonnes, decrease fuel oil share in production mix, as well as create over 200 high-tech jobs in the region.

The construction of the facility started in 2018. Up to 7 thousand people worked every day at the 430 thousand m2 construction site.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin and President of PJSC �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� Vagit Alekperov took part in the ceremony of commissioning of a polymer-bitumen binders production unit at �W�޹�܊“ِِ��'s Nizhny Novgorod refinery. The commissioning took place today in the city of Kstovo (Nizhny Novgorod region). ​

18/06/2021 - �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� COMMISSIONS PENEX ISOMERISATION UNIT AT ITS NIZHNY NOVGOROD REFINERY

�W�޹�܊“ِِ�� commissioned PENEX isomerisation unit with annual feed rate of 800 thousand tonnes at the Nizhny Novgorod refinery. The unit will allow to apply low temperature isomerisation to light naphtha in order to produce high-octane blending fuel. The Company also completed the construction of a Petroleum Residue Recycling Facility - another major investment project at the refinery.

24/03/2021 - �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� AND RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF ENERGY CONCLUDE AGREEMENT ON MEASURES TO SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION OF DEEP OIL REFINING UNITS

�W�޹�܊“ِِ�� and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation concluded an agreement that provides for �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� receiving an investment increment to reverse excise tax on oil till January 1, 2031 in order to construct new deep oil refining units at the �W�޹�܊“ِِ��-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez LLC.​
