WELCOME TO THE GREEN MOUNTAIN PASS, the online newsletter of the

Association.  Whew, thats a lot to say.

Our last meeting was this past spring on May 2nd and as we normally do, we've taken the summer off for regular meetings.  However, we're still active both personally and as a Division. 

        Personally, the NMRA gives people a change to get to know other like minded hobbyists.  People who "get it".  We understand the fascination.  Most of us know what its like to model alone without someone else to oogle over our work.  Not that we need admirers, but it sure helps with the motivation.   Anyway, during the season, September through May, we meet regularly and when we take a few months off for the summer, friends still get together to model or rail fan.

        As a Division, we continue to construct our HO scale module of Bellows Falls (see link to the left) as we prepare for the Champlain Flyer Convention in September (also see link to the left).
